1.1. This Policy defines how information about users of the Vortex service (the "Service") is processed and protected.
1.2. By using the Service, the User consents to this Policy. If the User does not agree with its terms, they must refrain from using the Service.
2.1. The User's Telegram profile data: identifier, name, username — obtained when signing in via Telegram.
2.2. Data of the Telegram accounts connected by the User: authorization sessions, settings, message history — to the extent necessary for the Service's features to work.
2.3. Information about the User's payments and Balance.
2.4. Technical data: device and browser parameters, interface settings (theme, language), cookie data.
3.1. Information is processed solely to: provide the Service's functionality (AI reply generation, chat monitoring, analytics); handle billing — Balance accounting and charges for AI work; communicate with and support the User; and ensure security and prevent abuse.
4.1. Message texts and media are transmitted to third-party AI model providers solely to generate replies and perform analysis in the User's interest.
4.2. Data may be processed on the servers of hosting providers that support the operation of the Service.
4.3. Any other disclosure is possible only in cases expressly required by applicable law.
4.4. The Service does not sell user data and does not share it with third parties for advertising purposes.
5.1. Data is stored for the duration of the User's access to the Service. After use ends, data is deleted or anonymized unless the law requires otherwise.
5.2. Organizational and technical protection measures are applied. However, no method of data transmission or storage provides absolute security, and the Service cannot guarantee it.
6.1. The User may request information about the data processed, its correction or deletion, and may disconnect their accounts and stop using the Service. Requests are submitted via Telegram.
7.1. The interface uses cookies and browser local storage only for the sign-in session and display settings (theme, language, notification sound). No advertising or third-party trackers are used.
8.1. The Policy may be updated; the new version takes effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the current version.
