This document constitutes an official proposal (public offer) by the administration of the Vortex service (the "Administration") to any legally capable person (the "User") to enter into a service agreement on the terms set out below.
Service — the Vortex software platform, accessible via the web interface and a Telegram bot, providing tools for automating the User's Telegram accounts. Slot — the technical ability to connect one Telegram account to the Service. Balance — the User's internal account whose funds are spent on the operation of AI models. User Account — an account in the Service linked to the User's Telegram identifier.
2.1. The Administration grants the User access to the Service's functionality under a simple non-exclusive licence, and the User pays for this access in accordance with Section 4.
2.2. The Service is a tool: all actions involving connected Telegram accounts are performed according to the settings defined by the User and in the User's interest.
3.1. Making a payment in accordance with Section 4 constitutes the User's full and unconditional acceptance of this offer.
3.2. By accepting, the User confirms having read the terms of this offer and the Privacy Policy and accepts them without reservation.
4.1. The minimum payment is 100 (one hundred) US dollars or the equivalent.
4.2. Each full 100 US dollars within a single payment opens one Slot for the User. The number of Slots is determined by the size of a single payment and does not accumulate across payments; a larger number of Slots opened earlier remains with the User.
4.3. The payment amount is credited to the Balance. Balance funds are spent on the actual operation of AI models at the Service's internal rates in effect at the time of the charge.
4.4. Payments made are non-refundable, including in cases of non-use of the Service, restriction of connected Telegram accounts by third parties, or termination of access under Section 7.
4.5. The payment method and details are agreed with the Administration; the current procedure is provided upon request via Telegram.
5.1. The User undertakes to use the Service only with Telegram accounts they own or lawfully control; to comply with applicable law and Telegram's rules; and not to use the Service to distribute prohibited content, commit fraud, or engage in any other unlawful activity.
5.2. The User bears sole and full responsibility for the content of messages, strategy settings, and the consequences of the operation of connected accounts.
5.3. The Administration may change the Service's functionality, carry out maintenance, and update the internal rates for the operation of AI models.
6.1. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". The Administration does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service, nor the achievement of any commercial or other results from its use.
6.2. The Administration is not liable for the actions of Telegram or other third parties, including the restriction or blocking of connected accounts.
6.3. The Administration is not liable for lost profits or indirect damages. In any event, the Administration's aggregate liability is limited to the User's Balance remaining at the time the ground for liability arose.
7.1. The Administration may suspend or terminate the User's access in case of breach of this offer, use of the Service for unlawful purposes, or actions that threaten the operation of the Service or other users.
8.1. The parties are released from liability for failure to perform obligations caused by force majeure, including failures of communication infrastructure, actions of third-party providers, and decisions of public authorities.
9.1. The Administration may amend this offer unilaterally. The new version takes effect upon publication on this page.
9.2. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes the User's acceptance of the new version.
10.1. All disputes and questions are resolved through negotiation; the Administration is contacted via Telegram.
10.2. If any provision of this offer is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
