Getting Started
What is Vortex?
A Telegram account automation platform. You connect accounts, the AI replies for you in chats and direct messages following your strategy, and you get warm, ready leads — without the manual grind.
How fast can I get everything running?
About 5 minutes: sign up → connect your first account by phone number → pick a ready-made strategy. From there the AI works on its own, and you just check in on the dashboard.
Do I need a card to start?
No. Your first account launches without a bank card. You only pay once leads start coming in and you want to scale.
Accounts and sessions
How is an account connected?
A TDLib session is set up via your phone number, and the authorization code arrives right in Telegram. The account stays yours — Vortex just keeps the session alive.
How many accounts can I run?
From one on the "Start" plan to unlimited on "Network". Accounts are easy to group into projects — statuses, slots, and limits are all in plain view.
Can an account get banned?
Vortex keeps soft limits, shows statuses, and supports a dedicated SOCKS5 proxy per account to reduce risks. No one can rule out a ban entirely — but the system works quietly and carefully.
AI and Strategies
How does the AI know what to reply?
You define the strategy: model, prompt, keywords, trigger chance, and activity windows. The AI replies like a human and only where it makes sense, not in every chat indiscriminately.
Which models are supported?
Any via OpenRouter — GPT-4o, Claude 3.5, DeepSeek, and dozens more, with configurable fallbacks. Higher plans let you plug in your own keys and models.
Can I edit replies manually?
Yes. All conversations are visible in the live monitor — a full-fledged Telegram client. You can take over a conversation and reply yourself at any moment.
Security and Billing
Where is account data stored?
Sessions and messages are stored within your own perimeter. Vortex does not publish, resell, or use account data for third-party purposes.
How do I pay?
Plans are priced in rubles, billed monthly. You can switch plans at any time — account and feature limits are recalculated immediately.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Anytime from settings, no calls or back-and-forth. Access and accounts remain until the end of the paid period.
